STEM for Grade 2

Welcome to the Grade 2 STEM program at Tensai STEM Academy!
In Grade 2, students begin to think more carefully about how and why things work. They ask more questions, test ideas, and start explaining their thinking using words, drawings, and simple data. STEM learning at this level builds on curiosity while strengthening logic, problem-solving, and creativity.

Grade 2 students learn to:

• use technology more independently and responsibly
• follow and create step-by-step instructions
• design, build, test, and improve solutions
• recognize patterns, measure, and work with numbers
• express ideas through creative and STEAM-based projects
